Cruisin Coffee began in 1992 in the wee hours of the morning when Ron Clark was craving a good double tall latte and none could be found. From this seed of frustration the concept of a 24-hour drive through espresso stand was developed. The first Cruisin Coffee was opened in June of 1993 on the corner of James and Alabama Streets in Bellingham, Washington. Ed Mack joined the company a few years later and has provided the energy and vision to move Cruisin Coffee forward. As time went on, more stands were built and Cruisin Coffee established itself as a unique coffee business offering great espresso drinks, freshly prepared deli food items, delicious hard ice-cream milkshakes, and friendly baristas who put their customers first and come out of the stand to take orders of cars waiting in line.
