NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1.
entering Drawing:
Beginning 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 6/23/08, visit any
Western Washington Cruisin Coffee (Cruisin Coffee Airport,
Cruisin Coffee Alabama, Cruisin Coffee Anacortes, Cruisin Coffee
Bakerview, Cruisin Coffee Cordata, Cruisin Coffee Evergreen,
Cruisin Coffee Iowa, Cruisin Coffee Lakeway, Cruisin Coffee
LaVenture, or Cruisin Coffee Lynden) and receive a prize ticket
to enter. All entries are two-part numbered tickets, one part
for the entrant to keep, and one part to be placed into the
official entry container. Entries must be received by 11:59:59
p.m. PT on 6/29/08 to be eligible for the final prize drawing.
2.
Eligibility: This
promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or
the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of
time of entry. Employees of Cruisin Coffee, including all
franchisee’s their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and
promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or
those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All
federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where
prohibited by law.
3. WINNER
SELECTION: A random drawing of all entries received at each
location will be conducted on or about 6:00am 6/30/2008.
Individual winners are limited to one prize for this
promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received.
4.
NOTIFICATION: Winning ticket numbers will be posted at each
stand in a prominent area beginning Monday morning 6/30/2008
immediately after the tickets are drawn. Wining tickets must be
presented by the ticket holder at the stand that they where
drawn. Winning ticket numbers will be posted for one week,
until July 6. If a prize remains unclaimed after one week of
posting, that prize ticket will be re-drawn on the morning of
7/7/2008. The new winning number will be posted for five
consecutive days. If after the second drawing the prize remains
unclaimed, Cruisin Coffee reserves the right to not disburse
that particular prize.
5.
Prizes & Approximate
Retail Values: Each stand will award 3 prizes with a
total approximate retail value of $550.00 as follows. First
prize is 15 weeks of free coffee which equates to 75 free
drinks up to 20oz hot or cold espresso or non-espresso drinks,
not including blended drinks (approximate value $300). Second
prize is 15 free lunches which equates to 15 ‘lunch
specials’ and 15 free drinks up to 20oz hot or cold espresso or
non-espresso drinks, not including blended drinks (approximate
value $175). Third prize is 15 free milkshakes which
includes any 16oz milkshake including any choice of flavorings
or mix-ins (approximate value $75).
6. GENERAL
CONDITIONS: Drawing entrants agree to be bound by the terms of
these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this
drawing. All federal, state and local laws and regulations
apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless
sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and/or agents
from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of
any kind arising from or in connection with this drawing or
acceptance or use of any prize won. |
